Our Story
HKB started from a simple comment from my daughter. ”Mom, when I get married I want you to make my wedding dress.” Well that changed everything. I decided to start this company after having 25 years of fashion experience as a designer. I love making wedding accessories to pull the whole bridal look together.
My daughter, Hannah has been a big inspiration on showing me the importance of sustainable ways to produce beautiful items a bride can wear and be proud of.
We have shared ideas on how we can help the environment and produce something beautiful. The main answer has been offering custom made veils to only cut what I need. We have also made bath teas, garters, and ring pillows from the scraps of our collection.
Our goal is to create heirloom items a bride could feel confident and beautiful with, while keeping our scraps out of the landfills.

Hi! I’m Olga, the creative designer and stylist for Hannah Kanani Bridal. I design, sew, choose all the materials, and communicate with each bride individually to create special veils/accessories for their perfect look. I graduated from FIDM and after 25 years of perfecting my skills, I decided to open HKB.I enjoy making detailed items for brides that want to express their individual style.

Hi! I’m Hannah, the inspiration behind the name and Olga’s daughter. I lend a hand in marketing this unique company on social media. In addition, I push the company to maintain eco-friendly practices. I promote sustainability by providing Olga with out-of-the-box ideas to use scrap fabric. I love when we are able to reuse and recycle.
